Selesa Homestay General Term & Condition 2012.
1. Muslim only.
2. Marriage card verification is compulsary for married couple.
3. For group, no mix of gender allowed.
4. No party or wedding event allowed.
5. No pet allowed.
6. Booking fees is 50% upon confirmation - via email or phone
7. Please provide copy of IC or Driving license via email for parking lot purpose
8. Please notify us 2 days before cancel or reschedule your stay.
9. 10% cancellation fees for less than 24hrs cancellation notice.
10. Check-in time 2pm. Check-out time 12pm.

1. Exit to Keramat from MRR2 (Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2) - actually you can see the yellow/blue apartment from MRR2 and DUKE highway.
2. At the roundabout take the 1st exit
3. At roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Jalan AU3/1
4. Turn left onto Jalan AU3/2
5. Continue onto Jalan 10/56
6. Slight left to merge onto Jalan 1/56
7. Turn right onto Jalan 15/56
8. Take the 2nd left onto Jalan 17/56
9. Destination will be on the right.

What we provide...
Our unit is full-furnished with complete basic facilities. Aircond, water heater, wardrobe, comfy sofa and bed, dining table, 1 unit television & dvd player, gas cooker, rice cooker, jug kettle, fridge and microwave oven.
There is a Mini Market shop located at the Ground floor. Many food stall available around the area, with affordable price. The nearest shopping mall is Jusco AEON which is just 10mis drive to get it there.
